Every Service and Maintenance Appointment Includes:

• Inspection & Evaluation of printer unit by factory trained and authorized SmartTech ID technician.

• Cover off deep cleaning of printer.

• Calibrate and reset printer to factory settings and specifications.

• Test and Replace ID printer parts if needed.

• Chech ID printer firmware. Update and flash firmware if needed.

• Check ID printer driver. Download and update & adjust if needed.

• Batch print, test printer and print calibration cards for review.

• A SmartTech Service Log is produced to explain the printer service performed, including listing the printer’s card count and helpful suggestions to keep the printer healthy.
